According to the New York Daily News, New York Pastry cook, Melissa Rodriguez has filed a twenty five million dollar suit against her ex-boss, Eric Hara, at the Oak Room in Manhattan.

Terms of the claim indicate that Hara physically and verbally abused Rodriguez at work.  Terms of the suit claim that Ms. Rodriguez' boss harassed her daily at work, often using threats against her made sexual comments to her.  Ms. Rodriguez claims that when she complained about the harassment, she was fired from her job.
