According to MarketWatch,  ACLU accuses Morgan Stanley of customer discrimination.  Morgan Stanley has been accused of discriminating against black homeowners and violating federal civil rights laws by providing incentives to subprime mortgage lenders to originate mortgages that were destined for foreclosure.

 Federal and state representatives on May 19th encouraged veterans to know the laws that protect them from employment discrimination, and to seek timely legal recourse if needed. Companies doing business with the federal government are required to make an effort to recruit veterans.
