According to AP- Five physically disabled airline passengers have resolved a discrimination lawsuit against Delta Airlines. The court ruled that the airlines and airport authority violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by not providing an accessible paths at the Detroit Wayne airport.
According to Courthouse News, several female prison guards who say that male supervisors at Rikers Island sexually harassed them, will finally have their day in court. According to the plaintiff's attorney, "top prison officials helped create the "man's world" at Rikers Island."
